ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:
Any sexual remarks or advancements will not be tolerated and will result in automatic termination of service.
Full price of service will be due plus a $50 inconvenience charge.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Credit card on file is required for all new clients scheduling. If cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance then a $30 charge will be applied to account. If service is a no call or no show then 50% of original price and 20% for gratuity of original price will be charged to the card on file. In the event card is not on file, an invoice will be sent to email and balance will have to be paid within 30 days a $10 fee each month will be added to balance. Once amount reaches $400, account will be taken to small claims to be collected. By signing this you agree to this. If Cancellations become a habitual thing then future deposits of 50% will have to be made prior to booking.
Please note as of 9/30/2021 any cancellations made without direct contact with the business will not be considered a cancelation. Cancellations made via Phone call, Facebook Messenger, or text message, are the only acceptable ways to cancel appointment with Synergy Massage. If contact has been made with business through approved methods Synergy will use time sent as a baseline for our 24 hour cancelation policy. Payment is due at the end of service no exception!
